Vero Swift Track Club is a select USATF track and field club. We are a highly competitive team based in Indian River County, with training held at the Vero Beach High School Track in Vero Beach, Florida.

Our mission is to develop serious athletes through the highest quality coaching and training in the region—preparing them to perform at their best in local and national competitions across the country.

Whether you choose Emerging Elite (grades 6–8) or Championship (grades 9–12), each program is tailored to meet athletes where they are—helping them build a strong foundation or elevate their performance to the next level.




How To Join Vero Swift

  • Step 1: Attend Tryouts

    Tryouts will be Monday, May 19th and Tuesday, May 20th from 6:00-8:00 pm at Vero Beach High School Track. You must register using the link below to attend tryouts, no exceptions!


    After being selected for the team, you must complete the registration, become a USAT member, pay your fees, and sign all waivers within 48 hours.

  • Step 2: Register Your Athlete

    Both programs run from May 19th to July 27th and include all events (sprints, jumps and throws). Athletes are selected through tryouts and coaches evaluation.

    Emerging Elite (Grades 6-8)
    Training: Mon, Wed, Fri | 6:00–8:00 PM

    Championship (Grades 9–12)
    Training: Mon, Wed, Fri | 6:00–8:00 PM

  • Step 3: Join USATF

    A USATF membership is required to compete in local, regional, and national youth events. The Youth Membership is for athletes 18 and under and costs $35/year (not included in our program fees).

    Make sure you select "VERO SWIFT TRACK CLUB" as your club affiliation.

    Please Note: All members must upload proof of birth (e.g., birth certificate, passport, or driver’s license) when completing their USATF profile. Submit early to avoid missing any registration deadlines.

  • Step 5: Sign Our Waivers

    Parents/guardians are required to review and sign the Athlete & Parent Code of Conduct, Transportation Waiver & Release of Liability, and Media Consent & Participation Release Waivers. Please print these forms and have your athlete submit them by or on their first day of practice.

Do you offer programs for elementary school athletes?


Sorry, but we are not offering camps or programs for athletes below 6th grade at this time.

How do you communicate to the team?

All team communication will be managed through the Band app. Once the team has been selected and confirmed, both athletes and parents will receive a QR code to access our private channel.

This will be our primary platform for all updates, including track practice schedules, meet information and general announcements. Please ensure notifications are enabled so you don’t miss any important updates.

Can I add transportation or meet fees later?

Yes, transportation fees can be purchased separately at a later time, but must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the meet.

Yes, but please note that meet fees are subject to availability. If they are paid late or too close to the event date, your athlete’s spot is not guaranteed, as meets can fill up quickly.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, when you add a summer program to your cart, you'll have the option to pay in full or choose installment payments through ShopPay.



Why do you limit the number of athletes on the team?

We prioritize quality over quantity. Our goal is to provide every athlete with a high-quality, personalized experience.

To achieve this, we maintain specific coach-to-athlete ratios, ensuring each athlete receives the focused attention they need for effective training and development.

Are athletes able to choose what event(s) they compete in?


Athletes collaborate closely with the coaching staff to identify events that align with their strengths and potential for success. While athlete input is valued, final decisions are made by the coach to ensure the best fit for both the individual and the team.

Is Vero Swift a non-profit organization?

We are currently filing for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. While we are not yet officially approved, we will keep you updated. Once our status is confirmed, we’ll notify you so that club fees paid from that point forward may be considered tax-deductible.

What is the refund policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while also covering necessary administrative costs. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds requested within 3 days of registration will be issued minus a $70 administrative fee.
  • Refunds requested within 5 days of registration will be issued minus a $85 administrative fee.
  • Refunds requested within 10 days of registration will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued after 10 days from the date of registration, except in cases of documented extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing approved refunds.
